OptionCart only sells scripts to web designers, hosts and developers who wish to resell our systems to their clients. If you have a marketing plan that includes these companies, and you feel OptionCart systems would help to make their lives easier, sign up as an affiliate and earn commissions on your referrals' licenses.

Commissions are paid on the month after the 30 day refund period has expired, and will be paid via PayPal only. You must enter your PayPal email below for payments to be processed. Affiliates who earn large commissions will be asked for a tax ID number for our records. Please see our terms below for further details.

Last Updated January 2009 Participating in the OptionCart Catalog Affiliate Program requires acceptance of the following terms and conditions. Small Biz Community, LLC may update or change these terms at any time. It is the responsibility of the user to revisit the terms periodically, as the affiliate is bound by the terms listed on this page. No venture or partnership between the user and Small Biz Community is formed by this agreement, the affiliate, any visitor of the optioncart.com web site, or the user of the OptionCart Catalog. Affiliates: The Small Biz Community, LLC has the right to disallow, terminate or decline any company or individual from participating in our Affiliate Program at any time based on its sole discretion. Any affiliate selling anything deemed pornographic, violent or discriminatory will be removed from our program immediately, and any existing commissions will be forfeited. Spam Policy: Affiliates may not promote the OptionCart Catalog Affiliate Program via unsolicited email at any time, either singly or through mailing lists. Affiliates may also not post their OptionCart Catalog link to any bulletin board or other web site unless permission is granted by the web site owner. Any affiliate who spams any companies or individuals using the OptionCart Catalog name will be immediately removed from our system, and any existing commissions will be forfeited. Commissions: Small Biz Community, LLC will pay each affiliate a commission that equals 10% of the total revenues received from OptionCart licenses purchased via the affiliate's promotional links. Commissions will be paid on the 15th of the month after 32 days have passed from the date the system was ordered. Affiliates will be paid via PayPal in U.S. dollars each month. The Small Biz Community has the right to withhold any payment if fraudulent activity is suspected or there is a problem with the account. Resellers: Licenses purchased by resellers are included in the commission base. If an affiliate refers a reseller, that affiliate will receive an ongoing commission percent for any future orders that the referred company makes. Self Referrals: Members of our Affiliate Program will not receive commissions if they, or anyone in their company, purchases the services directly, even if they use a different web site and/or email address. Members will also not receive commissions if they purchase installations on behalf of their clients or customers, even if said account is to be used solely by the client or customer. If any member is found to have purchased aninstallation under false pretenses, the commission will not be granted for that particular installation. Charge Backs: If companies purchase an OptionCart system and then later return the system or stop payment for the catalog, the affiliate's account will be decremented to reflect the return and/or chargeback. The affiliate will not be responsible for any additional chargeback fees, check bouncing fees or other payment processing fees; only the commission for the amount of the catalog system will be decremented. Warranties: All materials provided in the OptionCart Catalog are presented with the belief that they are in good working order, and that the structure is valid. However, Small Biz Community, LLC will not guarantee the completeness or functionality of any page or structure in the installation. The OptionCart Catalog is provided by Small Biz Community, LLC "as is" and "with all faults". No warranties or guarantees are provided for the OptionCart Catalog. Liability: The user agrees to indemnify and hold Small Biz Community, LLC harmless without exception or limitation from all liability, expenses, claims, action, fees, losses or damages caused by the direct or indirect use of the OptionCart Catalog at any time and by any party. In no way will Small Biz Community, LLC be held liable for any use of the catalog by the user or by third parties or affiliates. Discontinuation: Small Biz Community, LLC reserves the right to discontinue distributing the OptionCart Catalog and/or Affiliate Program, and may discontinue commission tracking for any reason at any time. The Small Biz Community, LLC is not responsible for contacting affiliates for this discontinuation. The program will not be provided to companies known to be selling illegal items or services, nor will it be provided to individuals known to be under 18 years of age. The program will also be revoked from any company using inappropriate methods of promotion, such as spamming email addresses. Cancellations: If an affiliate cancels his or her account with the OptionCart affiliate program for any reason, any outstanding balances in the affiliate program will be forfeited, and the account will be permanently closed. Privacy Policy: Small Biz Community, LLC never rents, sells or trades any information obtained through the registration of the OptionCart Catalog, and will use the email information only for necessary communications regarding program updates. The Small Biz Community cannot be held responsible for any hacking of information through our database.
